How Do I order What I want?
When ordering a customized item, fill in the personalization information describing what you want and upload photos you would like added or for us to use for reference.
Technology can be a tyrant at times and the personalization information section of the project page can misbehave or disappear like Jimmy Hoffa. If the personalization options are not available, continue to order without the personalization information and contact us at customerservice@tnhodag.com.
Forgot to email? That's okay, we will reach out to you to get all the information needed.
What Can Be Used For My Design?
We want you to be you, so we do not have any restrictions on what we are willing to add to a product or design for you. Sweet or sassy, we will add text, original photos, edited photos or design something all your own with your described elements.
Some images or details may not be suitable for the product you want because the image could distort or show poorly. We want you to be happy with the quality of your items, so if we find your item will not turn out well, we will contact you with alternatives or issue you a refund.
Questioning if what you want will work before ordering? Contact us at the button below with a description of what you want, add a photo and indicate what item you would like it on.
I Made My Order, Now What?
After receiving your order, we will reach out to you if we have any questions or discuss any concerns or potential modifications if needed. Depending on the complexity of your request, we may email you with photos throughout the process for you to review and approve.
